Guernsey Annual Draw - Win an Electric Scooter!

Our Guernsey fundraising team have secured an exciting prize for their Annual Draw this year - a Sakura Classic 4000W 72V 40AH Electric Scooter kindly supplied by Paul's Motors.
Tickets go on sale in mid-July and will be available from our volunteers, at our events and also at outlets around the Bailiwick of Guernsey.
The Terms & Conditions of this draw are:

Draw tickets cost £5 each.

There is one prize only: a Sakura Classic 4000W 72V 40AH electric scooter in yellow, kindly supplied by Paul’s Motors.

The prize includes a bike cover and an insurance disc holder.

There is no cash alternative. There is no option to sell the scooter back to Paul’s Motors.

The States of Guernsey Committee for Home Affairs have granted a Private Lottery Permit (no. 40/2024) for the draw. Tickets may only be sold in the Bailiwick of Guernsey. The name and telephone number of the promoter are shown on the tickets.

The planned draw date is 3 December 2024. The winning ticket number will be posted on www.ci-airsearch.org and on Channel Islands Air Search social media accounts.

The Guernsey Friends of Channel Islands Air Search reserve the right to change the draw date. Should it be deemed necessary for the draw date to be deferred, notification of this will be posted on www.ci-airsearch.org and on the Channel Islands Air Search Facebook page.

The winner is deemed to be the person named on the counterfoil of the winning ticket.

Within seven days of the date of the draw, the winner must call in to Paul’s Motors with their driving licence, provide their details and sign the necessary documents in order to have the scooter registered. Failure to do this will result in a re-draw.

The winner must insure the scooter within seven days of winning.

If the winner is not resident in Guernsey, they are responsible for shipping costs, and all import taxes and other associated costs, if applicable.
